    Premiere Pro CC 2017 apparently allows “unintentional” project sharing between users on a network….meaning two or more users can open the same project without warnings. Is that intentional behavior?

    Note….I am not talking about Team Projects.

    It’s always done that, which is why they wanted to roll out the Team Project feature – for file locking. That said, for now, stay away from Team Projects if you use dynamic linking. Until Adobe fixes that, it’s of little use to us.

    It does appear Adobe added file locking without the Team Project feature being used. I like this.
