  multiple glow masks

  Hey all quick question. I have a picture and there are pieces on the hands that i want to glow in pulse with the music, and i need them to glow a whitish blue color. I made an adjustment layer for the eyes (also tried a different solid layer and both layers have their own glow effect) the eyes that i need to glow in pulse with music but i need them to glow a pinkish color. how can i set this up? I have made masks for each slit on the hand and put that on a solid layer and they glow fine, but i am having a lot of trouble getting the eyes to glow, and when i can get them all to glow in their respective colors the glow settings (like radius, threshold, etc) are not being controlled separately.
