I have a simple project with media at 1920X1080 and 848 X 480 (don’t ask..cheap cameras on the producers end, I think they are Kidak Zi8’s and another Kodak…)

They are both in a timeline at 1920 X1080….I need to export them as 720 X 480 WITH graphics (company logo in sold bar) on the top and bottom…I presume in the black bars bit…but everything I try makes it squeezed…or cuts off the actual picture with the graphics…..suggestions??

    Cheers!

In the quicktime exports dialog under size choose Preserve aspect ratio using letterbox.

    Suggestion, read the manual.
Those issues shows that you haven’t done yet.
