Multiple Flares Linked to Single Layer
Hi, I have a large object scrolling across the screen, I would like to have multiple flares flashing that are linked to the motion of the object. Problem is when I pick whip each flare to object, the flares obviously default to the anchor point of the layer. Is there an expression to offset where on the object the light source location locks to or a better method to do this?

I would add nulls, position them where you want the flares to attach, parent them to your object, and add expressions like this to the Flare Center parameters:
fromComp(thisComp.layer(“Null 1”).toComp([0,0,0]))
