Multigroup error message with P2 footage?
I am working on an SD project in Avid Media Composer that was shot using miniDV and P2 footage. I am in the process of multigrouping some of the footage. When I try to enter an auxiliary TC for the imported P2 footage, I get an error message stating “Source Media Not Found.” I have not worked with P2 footage before and I have never run into this problem when grouping, so if someone could enlighten it would be greatly appreciated.

With P2 after you have imported it. Select the clips you need, go back up to file, import P2, then click media. That might do it for you. If not I’m out of ideas.

The AuxTC columns are dependent on sources having a TAPE source associated with it.
