Multiclip question

I know this is like a year later but I tried all the forums on this cos i am having a similar problem and nothing worked. In the end what worked for me was opening a project where multiclip was working normally in a sequence and then copying and pasting my malfunctioning project into a duplicate of that sequence and eh voila all systems are go. Hope this helps someone out there.
