  Multiclip Logging? How?

  A series of 2-camera interview clips were handed to me to edit. Each clip is about 20 min long- single interviews. I want to log them and normally in FCP I’d mark and in/out make subclips. But since I’m viewing the grouped multiclip of the interview it seems that’s not an option. I could add edit markers as I watch in the viewer and make the note inside the marker but I’d prefer to subclip. If I were to view the ISO of the interviews and subclip them, how would I then work with that clip once in the timeline? It wouldnt be switchable. Thoughts?
