June 17, 2020 at 9:59 pmWould a round-trip to Resolve via XML work?
I do believe I’ve inherited a project with MulitCam and managed to travel through Resolve with it flattened. -

June 17, 2020 at 10:01 pmI’m not specifically sure about Resolve; but yes, an XML roundtrip is supposed to fix it. It sure would be nice if Apple fixed that.

June 19, 2020 at 9:34 pmFWIW – you can bring the FCPXML into Resolve and flatten it there. Or continue editing it in Resolve, because the multiple camera angles will be imported and show up as a multicam clip on the Resolve timeline.
