multibridge 6.4 installer/driver issues
This post follows the thread “CS3 and 6.4 working together?” by David Mack posted below. I too have CS3 installed to a location other than the default windows>program files. Our IT maintains separate partition for OS and application files company wide. I think the below thread established that the 6.4 installer may be having trouble properly installing files when this is the case, and offers instructions on how to manually relocate the offending files to their proper location. After following these directions I still have a problem with real time playback in Premiere.
I would be interested to know if anyone else has had the same problem. It seems David Mack, below, solved the problem by re-installing CS3 to the default location. Reinstalling many, many copies of CS3 at my company is not a practical option. What to do next? Is there another installer on the immediate horizon? Please advise…
