Multibridge 6.3
We urgently need a new set of drivers, 6.2 has too many flaws. Component, composite, and s-video inputs do not work at all. Likewise analog audio inputs. When I bought this hardware, Multibridge Pro, I expected it to work as advertised, and now we know all the SD inputs do not work at all. This is affecting my cash flow, and some of my clients are really astonished at my predicament. BTW, all my emails to BM support have gone unanswered so far.

I have not had any problems with 6.2 on my multibridge.
I hear you on the support though, they need to do a 180 in
the worst way immediately or they will lose a lot of supporters
including myself.my advice would be to sell the multibridge and give Kona your money
since black magic doesn’t seem to really care about their customers. -
Thank you for your response. I have a question, are you specifically capturing through your analog video and audio on the Multibridge? If you are, then my Multibridge has a defect.

Yes, both component (sd & hd) and composite capturing works fine, though of note, the composite output won’t give a full signal. Measured on my vectorscope it won’t align when outputting a test pattern.

I’ve just noticed that I have no analog in on my Multibridge Pro since installing 6.2. However, I’m also running 5.1.4 FCP. Is 6.2 strictly for FCP 6.0 or is it compatible with 5.1.4?

It is supposed to work backwards compatible. Your problems confirm that there is a problem with 6.2
