January 24, 2013 at 12:22 pmI have found that there is no need to select the audio tracks. The video tracks get moved to complied to one track for you to switch back and forth between camera tracks while the audio tracks remain seperate.
You can mute or edit the audio tracks seperately which allows you to include or exclude individual tracks.——————————-

Only if you want to switch to the audio from that camera as well as the video. This is rarely the case. Most of the time you have a master audio track and you are just switching cameras but if for some reason you wanted to switch from one camera’s audio to the next when switching cameras, then you should include the audio tracks in the multicamera track.
