Multi-Check Box
I have read the previous posts about creating multi-check boxes. However, I think I need more detailed instructions than are listed here. Is there a video tutorial about the subject or can someone walk me through it. I have read the following thread:

I have managed to create a pick-list, but this checkbox seems to confound me.

Hi Geof,
Yes its a little confusing, but the reference guide does explain it.
Basically you create a multi checkbox not in the pick list section but in the ‘user column’ section under preferences.
Type your list of checkboxes that you want like this, for example lets say you wanted to checkbox what the weather was like on a shoot, your user column name will look like this:
Weather:Sunny:Cloudy:Raining:Thunder:Snowing etc..
So the first word is the name of the field and then the colons separate the names of the checkboxes. Then you just need to choose Multi Checkbox from the type column and you are good to go…
