  Multi-Channel Audio monitoring from HD Pro (dual-link)

  Hi there-

  We are preparing to build out an HD edit bay, probably using the decklink HD Pro Dual link card, and are wondering about multi channel monitoring. How many channels of audio do the AES-S/PDIF Outputs support? Can I get 8 channels out from either the AES outputs, or the SDI output? Can I layoff 8 channels to a VTR (either a D5-HD deck, or an HDCam SR) via HD-SDI? I’m concerned about latency issues.
