Hi all, I’ve got a problem that I’ve not seen in Premiere before. I have a large number of ‘talking head’ clips which had fairly poor audio quality, so I’ve had to run a DeNoiser and DeReverb effect on to them + some Mastering and Dynamics. When previewing in Premiere all of the clips sound absolutely fine now, but after rendering the file the first half-second or so of audio on some of the clips is very muffled. You can hear a preview of this here https://youtu.be/ThGD7UtP33w.

If a clip has muffled audio, it appears at the beginning of every instance of the clip – in the attached image, each instance of the green clip has the problem, even though they’re all cuts from one long master clip

This leads me to believe it’s a problem with the effects taking a short amount of time to kick in, but as mentioned it doesn’t effect every clip.

Has anyone experienced this before now? If so, could you cast some light on what might be causing this?
