    Hello again,
I know I’ve been asking a few questions, but there are just things that confuse me.

Anyhow, I have a Vixia HF S10, and am trying to import the files to Premiere CS4. I use the media Browser to find the camera (Running on its built-in memory) and select AVCHD as the files of type. I see all of the clips as .mts. However, when I try dragging them in, it says that it is importing, does so, then a dialogue box comes up that states “File format not supported”. I have the most recent update for Premiere (I think it’s 4.2.1) and it still does not work. I have also re-installed (I did have the demo at one point) and used the script-cleaning software several times. However, none of this has worked. What can I do to get the clips in? I can get them in in Final Cut express just fine, and then import them into Premiere, but I just want to import directly into Premiere. What’s going on? It says on Adobe that it is compatible.

    Thanks,
    Steph.
