first for all sorry for the esnglish but i well try to describe the problem in the best way.

yes we all know taht cs6 ad some isuue with to Mts / Avchd files, some cant import and some cant see the sound.

but i have something else; i have over 120 min of mts/avchd files, i CAN import anf CAN see the sound but when i scroll over a chapter in the sequence the the display in not smooth, for example; in the mxf files, if i scroll over a chapter in the seq i see the display smooth, in the mts the display stock or lag until i stop move with the mouse.

    It was understood?

I think it is related to some codecs. HELP plz

Are you talking about “spanned” clips? When making a long recording, the camera creates several short clips. When those clips are joined on the timeline, sometimes there is a jump or audio problem between them. Is that what you mean by “chapters”, the part where the clips meet?

The best thing to do is copy ALL folders from memory card to your hard drive, as is, do not alter the data. Then in Premiere, use MEDIA BROWSER to Import the files. This will usually provide smoother, seamless playback in the sequence. If you just use “File > Import” and put all the short clips together, they may not behave properly.

    Thank you

I’m pretty sure if you first rendered the raw video it would cure the stuttering playback.

there is no different if i import the mts files with the midea broswer on not, it is the same.
and to render 120min + of mts file well take alot of time.

however i downlod today the P2 Viewer Plus from the panasonic site that program have codec of avchd.
the work better but stell not smooth as mxf file.

i stell think that raleted to cocdec for the mts files.
the camera of the file is panasonic 160 series.
some one know the proper codec for it??
