Mr. Mojo & Mrs. Laird — the Odd Couple!????
Howdy all,
OK I’m at home and my AVID’s at work, so forgive me if I don’t get my configuration right, but it should be close to this:
DVCPro
Beta SP
to
Laird Inertia 6000
to
AVID Mojo
to
AVID Xpress Pro 4.X.X (not sure)on a Windows XP Service Pack 2.Now, this system is relatively new. And, the first spot I produced, I had no problems at all. Video went in and out perfectly. Suddenly, as I’m trying to output a new spot to tape, I get black. Now, video goes in — only black comes out. I feel as though I’ve tried everything. From restarting, to changing every deck configuration I can dream of…so, have any of you guys ever had a problem like this, if so what the heck did you do to fix it???
Please help if you can.

Hey Chris,
Interesting setup. Why are you going thru both the Laird & the Mojo? Monitoring??
Tell me more, I’ve always wanted to use the Laird.
