mpeg2
Hi,
I need to render to mpeg2 and the AE help files indicates that it is selectable from the output module however there is no mpeg2 codec to select. I presume it is supplied by a third party and needs to be installed seperately?to solve problems of today we must focus on tomorrow

In 6.5 Windows, I just select MPEG-2 or MPEG-2 DVD in the format field of the output module. AE automatically selects the MainConcept codec, which I did not download or install.

Right…
However….with AE 6.0, you can’t render MPEG2 files.
