MPEG2 Exporting for exhibition
Hello – I’m sure this has been answered before, however I cant find a good description or any good advice and I have a bid hand in of all my final work tomorrow – so no more time to browse!
I have my final films – all good – exported as H.264 from Premiere Pro CS5.5, however for the big degree show exhibition that goes along with this hand in I have a screen I’m displaying my work on. – Its a cheap Toahiba 32 inch with a 1920/1080 resolution.
I’m using a USB to play back the films. The TV however will only take MPEG2 – Something I’ve never had to use before. I have one export – and its not terrible, but there is some annoying loss of quality.
It has to be a .mpg file and it has to have a MAX bit rate of 20mbit/s.
Any thoughts on the best compression for this? And weather the TV could actually take more than 20mbit/s ?Thanks,
Need to do my last exports tonight.Theo
