  • MPEG Streamclip – One DV file instead of multiple chapters?

I need to RIP some dailies that have been chaptered and instead of getting an option to rip it as one big file I seem to only be able to do it 1 chapter at a time – any thoughts?! I tried searching through this forum as well as all the menu options in the app itself but no luck : (

    thanks in advance

You’re making up terminology. What’s that mean “it’s been chaptered?” What format is this media you’re trying to convert? If you mean a DVD, then chapters are marker on a single video stream. Streamclip doesn’t break it up. If they’re separate movies, they’re not chapters, and Streamclip can’t assemble them. There is batch function in Streamclip however.

    All the best,

    Tom
