    MP4 WS technical render issue

    There seems to be a technical problem with rendering Sony AVC MP4 Widescreen. Project settings and render settings are both set to widescreen, but the rendered file results in 4:3.

    I have looked at the custom settings and it is set to 1.2121.

    Any fixes?

    I have Movie Studio HD Plat 10

    That’s the problem right there. The pixel aspect ratio of all Internet video is 1.0 (square pixels). The setting 1.2121 should only be used for playback on TV/DVD. You must convert your width to match the square pixels.

    Try rendering to 872×480 PAR 1.0.
