April 12, 2009 at 11:03 pmHey Tom
So after much reading I can see the problem, but can’t figure out how to fix. Got all the settings and destination stuff right, but when I click the “submit” button, a dialog box comes up with the right “name” for the batch, but the second box/pop-up menu should say “this computer” and also have the name of my “quick cluster” in the pop-up menu, but it has nothing – it’s empty. I click on it and nothing happens. It doesn’t know where to go to process the batch. The Apple Qmaster is all set up. Any ideas?

April 12, 2009 at 11:55 pmDon’t know about the QMaster problem. You should start a new thread with an appropriate description and what’s going on.
You could also try to use MPEG Streamclip to convert the media in the meantime.
All the best,
Tom

December 7, 2009 at 2:01 amDoes compressor work both directions? We are trying to get Zi8 H.264 uncompressed so we can edit on timeline. Compressor goes the other direction – taking timeline into H.264.
ARe there any other programs to decompress the Zi8 footage?
