  mp4 and bluray

  Am I dreaming here? Can I take an mp4 video from the internet and create a bluray that is as crisp as a studio movie using parameters in Premiere, Encore and media Encoder. I am a hobbyist and my homemade blurays pixelate when I enlarge them to screen size. My store bought blurays never pixelate.

  My source mp4 is 1440 X 1080i and my final m2v is 1920 X 1080i 29.97 drop frame M frames 3 N frames 15.
