Moving solids between projects
What is the best way to move a solid between projects? I have a frame that I buile using some solids in one project that I would like to use in another and it won’t copy/paste over. I get an origional footage deleted over color bars image.

Import your old project file in the new one, then move your stuff in the correct folders and comps.
