    I’ve just switched from FCP7 to PP and am quite happy with the change. But there is a feature I’m missing from FCP and wonder if it exists in PP – the arrows at the bottom of the FCP timeline that allowed you to quickly zip the timeline along. Anything similar in PP?

    Are you looking for the bar at the bottom of the timeline? There is one there. You can use the ends to zoom in/out or grab middle of the bar to scroll through the timeline. Also, plus(+) and minus(-) will zoom in/out of your timeline.

    I don’t think so.

    You can use the scroll wheel to move through the timeline, but it’s far too slow.
    That’s why I wrote an AHK script to speed it way up:
