moving from PP CS2 to CS3 Master Suite
I am getting ready to install new CS3 Master Suite that will replace my exisiting Premier Pro CS2 (as well as other applications in the suite)on my PC.
Is there anything that I should know about or prepare…or be wary of…. prior to installing this new Master Suite?
I am also going to be installing an upgrade to Premier Pro CS3 from exisiting CS2 on another PC machine. Anything there I should know about??
Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should be OK. If you have room to leave CS2 on your system along with CS3, it would be a great idea. As far as video goes, it is better to finish projects in the application that created them.
