Moving footage from a 59.94 sequence to a 29.97 sequence FCP7
Hi Everyone,
I recently inherited a project where our offline was performed in 59.94 sequence in FCP7. It’s a documentary and there are a variety of formats (which we transcoded all the raw to Prores Proxy).
Our Online facility is requesting that we turn over a media managed project with a sequence at 29.97 (our delivery format).
We are noticing that when we copy and past the footage from the 59.94 sequence into a 29.97 sequence (to prepare for Online conversion and turnover), that the out points of cuts are finishing on a different frame then in the 59.94 sequence.
Does anyone have any suggestions into getting the footage from the 59.94 sequence into the 29.97 sequence?
Will also take any suggestions to do a 59.94 to 29.97 comparison, in case the only solution is to manually go in.

720p is 59.94 and 1080i is 29.97. What is your sequence setting?
