Place the camera in the Start position.
Put the camera in a null.
Animate the rotation of the NULL.
Put a target tag on the camera and specify for it what you want to look at.

Create a circle spline and move and scale it so it represents the camera orbit path you want. Give the camera an align-to-spline tag and drag the circle spline into the tag’s spline box. Animate the tag’s offset parameter to move the camera around the circle. Finally, give the camera a target tag that references the object you want the camera to look at.

“Animate the tag’s offset parameter to move the camera around the circle.”
How can i do that? That’s my only problem now.

Control + LMB the small circle to the left of the parameter name. The circle turns red, indicating there’s a keyframe there. If you move the time slider the circle becomes a red outline, indicating that the parameter has an animation track but no key on that frame.

Every parameter in Cinema that has one of those small circles next to it can be keyframed this way.
