    it depends!

do you need to move the media?

audio is easy, you can either export an omf(consolidate first if necessary) at home and suck this back in at work, it will rebuild your sequence with the media.

vision can be a little more tricky, it depends exactly what systems you’re using, where did the vision material originate?

my media is on the computer at home.. i guess I would have to bring the whole raw material aswell with me then? no way to just bring the needed media? thanks again

again it depends on format – dv25 will move cross platform I think,

if you imported the media rather than capturing then take the origional files across on dvd along with a medialess vision omf, then you can just batch import you vision, but watch your import setting at work…?
