  Moving audio subclips made in FCP to motion

  I am trying to take some audio subclips that I cut in FCP from a voice over recording and bring them into motion. So my first question is: is there a way to do this? My second question is: What is the best way to take an audio file, take clips from it and use them as individuals in motion?
