Movie Studio Platinum 13.0 videos disappear from timeline
When creating a project, I move videos on the timeline and both video and audio appear. A couple days later some videos were grayed out or actually sometimes the color green with no content. The video size still showed on the timeline and audio played but no video content played on timeline or preview window. Sometimes a msg appears in the video on timeline saying (media offline). A message also occasionally appears in the video selection window saying Video: Stream attributes could not be determined. Some timeline videos work and the same one may disappear later? Very frustrating. For two days all was running fine with all videos on timeline working correctly. I am relatively new to this product and would certainly appreciate any help.
I am running a newer desktop PC win 10 I7 processor….Thanks for any feedback

Maybe or maybe not !
Try Options->Preferences; Click on the General tab.
Uncheck: Close media files when not the active application

I did uncheck this box and still see no change. Again its strange on the timeline how some videos appear as others do not. Someone mentioned hardware acceleration turn off? I cant find that. Thanks for the suggestion, I would appreciate any other thoughts. thanks!
