    When adding a clipart to a video, it defaults to the picture centered with black bars on either side. Is there a way to change the color of the black bars to another color to match the clipart? If I right click in Pan/Crop and select Match Output Aspect then of course the black bars go away, but it stretches the clipart to where it cuts part of it off. So the only way to show the whole pic is leave it the right size and try to do something about those black bars.

    Simply drop another color or background similar to the
    clipart’s background on a timeline right below the clipart.
    You can then make your tweaks on that timeline below to
    match your clipart.
