I am trying to render a 34 minute and 18 second file in Sony Vegas 6.0. When render is complete I end up with 2 rendered clips the first half is 18:48 and the second is 15:49. How do I prevent the clip from splitting and make just one movie from the render?

Render to a hard drive that isn’t formatted as FAT32. Use NTFS instead. FAT32 is limited to a max file size of 4Gig (or a little over 18 minutes – as you have seen)

It’s probably because your hard drive is formatted as FAT32 which has a size limitation for file size.

    Reformat your drive to NTFS.
