  Movie has movement texture online but not on my mac

  For some reason when it’s uploaded it has an ugly spiky texture whereas when I play it on my computer it’s fine. Can anyone suggest why? I’m new at Premier, the original jpg is 3000px and was exported as an H.264 high quality widescreen. Thanks.
