movement lock up in cinema 4d
Hello, ive just had a bizarre problem with cinema 4d. My 1,2 and 3 keyboard movement keys are no longer working in any of my projects. Is it some sort of lock up that ive activatd? Cant move around any of my objects in any file. tried it with cameras, still nothing. Anybody had this problem before? It has occured in both versions 8.5 and 9.1.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just a wild guess. Have you double clicked on one of the object axis? This will only allow the object to move on that axis until you double click in empty space again.
This will not explain why you have this problem in other files, too, though.
Is this only related to your keyboard shortcuts or doesn’t it work using the icons neither?Kind regards,

Could be some kind of corruption in your preferences. Try deleting or moving your Cinemaprefs directory.

If you’re using Osx it could be Entourage having a conflict. I had the same issue, try quitting Entourage and everything should come good.
