mov to avi with looseless quality
which is the better way to convert a .MOV file to a .AVI file, because, when i do this with premier my video loose a lot of quality, and when i export my file with after effects in .AVI same thing happens, i realy need help with this.

Since you are talking about conversion instead of export, there’s a few options but the quick and dirty way for me is to just use OT Pro and ‘Export’ as AVI, then in Options>Settings for video, use Compression: None. There are other AVI options if you have a handle on what other codecs can do for you.
