Mouse functionality stopped working?!
Help? Today I am unable to:
1) scrub through my timeline by clicking and dragging on the playhead
2) click and drag (up and down) on the volume rubber band to change clip volume (or any rubber band for that matter)
3) click on any of the effects (position, scale, volume etc) in the video effects window and move my mouse right or left to change the values.
I assume this is a preference somewhere…but can’t figure out what it is.

Hey All,
I did a full machine restart, and now all is working fine (restarting Premiere itself did not solve the issue).
If anyone happens to know why this happened, please clue me in!Thanks.

First step in troubleshooting… shut down computer, wait 30 seconds, start up again. 🙂
