Hello Everyone. I have a TV production class that records the morning announcements as well as other various events for the school. I have the BMD TV Studio on order and was given free of charge a MOTU 896HD. I know it is fairly old but I think it will do what I need it to. It has AES/EBU XLR output so in theory I should be able use an XLR to BNC to get the audio into the TVS. I am using a Peavey V-8 analogue mixer that will be connected to the MOTU for the audio. From what I read it looks like this unit will also allow me to add a delay if needed. Does anyone have any experience with this unit? Do you think it will work. I’ve linked the online manual below.

As I have just discovered, if you have sdi or Hdmi cameras you can use their audio in the BM TVS without an audio mixer etc.
