Motion won’t launch
Since installing 10.4.8 and updating Blackmagic drivers I can no longer launch Motion on one of our G5’s. I’ve trashed prefs, deleted all but basic QuickTime components, re-installed Motion 3 times and tried running the ProApps updater – with no luck.
Our other G5 (same model) works fine. Any suggestions? -

Try zapping your PRAM, reboot your Mac and hold down “Command(the Apple key)+Option(the Alt key)+P+R” while it is booting, when you hear the startup sound for the seond time the operation is complete, and you can release the key combination. Now just let your Mac boot as normal.
