  Motion Weirdness

  Hi,

  I’, trying to stabilize shaky footage. I use the Stabilize Filter under these settings,
  

  * I’v tried to use scale and rotation, but the footage just zooms in around 200%, and you can’t see anything. So I keyframe it. I zoom in around 115% and then when ever the footage jumps out of the frame, I keyframe it back into place. Is there a better solution?

  The weirdness occurs after the motion track, when I try to zoom in, it zooms in too much. What I mean is, I take the slider to the left, to 95%, which is equivalent to my 125% before the weirdness happened. And then when I type in %100, the frame is doesn’t fit, its too large, even with no filter applied!

  Also, while key framing the stabilization, every time there is a flash from a camera, the footage just jumps completely off the screen.

  – I can also reinstall Final Cut Studio, but it takes way too long and I’m in the middle of the job.

  Any ideas,
