Motion tracking footage after Stablization
Im trying to do a simple Beam track on some stabilized footage.
Im Using Mercalli 2.0, AE CS6.
After using Mercalli to stabilise the footage, i then try to motion track the footage, but when i do so, it tracks the original, un-stablized footage, therefore the tracking point does not match that of the stabilized footage.
Am i doing something wrong?

Either precomp the stabilzied layer or render it out before you track it.Better yet, if you have AE CC, you can do both stabilization and tracking – reversible stabilization – in a single step.
