Motion Tracking – Clip Breakdown
Hey guys,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the ‘field shot’ in this video.
There is text that is tracked beautifully to the roads etc, which rotates as in 3d space.
I guess Mocha was used to track (?), but how do you get such great 3d perspective on the text in After Effects, or was the text probably done in a 3D program???
I would love it if anyone knew of any tutorials that cover this type of compositing effect/technique (or any of your ideas about how it was probably done?)

Lots Mocha (2D & 2.5D) tracking in there as well as 3D tracking. The text on the road thingies are 3D tracked. All 3D tracking apps have tutorials to help you get started quickly.
