  Motion Tracking A Face

  Hey guys, Im working on my senior thesis and am having problems with motion tracking. I have tried using After Effects tracker tool, Mocha tracking, and even doing some manually.

  Here is the video I am trying to track and mask in something in-place of his face.

  After Effects tracker makes the layer im masking in too jittery to look real and I cannot get Mocha to play nice with After Effects. Mocha tracks real well but it add the data to the position and anchor point which make it impossible for me to do any changes in After Effect when I import the data.

  Does anyone have some advice, help, or suggestions? I can’t reshoot the footage and time is extremely limited. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
