  “Motion Tile” in Premiere?!

  In After Effects, there’s an effect called “Motion Tile” which basically lets you set an output width and height for a clip and mirror its edges; this is useful when you, for example, want to change the position for a clip or scale down a clip and want to fill in the resulting blank part of the frame.

  Is there a Motion Tile alternative in Premiere?
