    .. retime the same clip.. shakes output is way better.. Motion seems to still frame blend as well.. anyone less than impressed?

    are you supposed to turn frame blending off in motion ? set to best?

    appears you need to send to motion at 100%.. or fcp frame blending is also applied..

    very unfriendly comprared to shakes.. set to adaptive+Best.. done render. And the results are better.

    Are you selecting optical flow instead of frame blending?

    yup..

    it does the spinny grey disk thing thats supposed to show its working out the optical flow..

    sometimes it look ok, ish,. but its not a great optical flow.. it is distorting stuff so its deffo optical..

    oh.. and then your supposed to render the .motn in fcp.. thats even worse than the preview motion shows..

    Are you talking about Motion the application or the Motion Tab in FCP? If this is about Motion the application, I would post this in the Apple Motion forum, not here.
