  Motion output to monitor

  I am trying to get real time playback on my Sony monitor using Motion. What is the best setup to get an uninterrupted 25fps. I can get 24 to 25 but it keeps changing. When I do a normal preview there isn’t a problem, and I get uninterrupted 25fps playback. I have setup the output prefs to blackmagic 8 bit which seems to be the best. I have done a ram preview so all effects are rendered to ram
