I’ve been researching on the net, and I’m having trouble figuring out what I thought was a simple question. A client is asking for a motion comic, but it doesn’t require much animation. It just needs to click from panel to panel on the web, like what you see as standard on Comixology.com

Is this something that requires Java and web coding? Or is there a program that can set this up simply, because I’m not a coder 😛

This is probably the wrong forum, but I’m an animator and I’m not sure where to post about this.

    Thanks

It’s a bit long in the tooth but:

Occasionally goes on sale. Check out the tuts though & see if it’s what you’re thinking. Able to write out to HTML & has a test function in the interface for that if I recall.

Thanks Mark! I did see that program, but reviews said it can’t even handle 1920×1080 images? Seems bizarre for this kind of work. Surely there must be an industry standard for how these things are made.

Well, not true for one thing:

There are the usual (like 19) presets or you can go custom.
