February 22, 2017 at 7:57 amI personally use PaintShop Pro to add the motion blur like this: https://www.paintshoppro.com/en/pages/blur-images/ because Premiere unfortunately doesn’t have that option. I can see some use AfterEffects, but I prefer PaintShop because of the quality of the blur.
