Motion Backgrounds
I was watching a VASST training video on the Sony Vegas Movie Studio + DVD Platinum Edition. I have Version 7.0. During the talk about Track Motion tool, Douglas Spotted Eagle said that he pulled from Explorer a file called “Textures” and a file called “Senior Life Styles” (files that had video motion like a comet flying around the earth). Douglas demonstrated how he picked some motion backgrounds to put into a project. I cannot find these files. Are these files something I have to download from another source? They did not download when I installed Vegas Movie Studio & DVD Architect. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

DSE will have to respond but I have a few training DVD’s and the files needed for the projects were also on the DVD.
Where did you find this video? Did you buy a DVD?

If you google search motion backgrounds you’ll see tons of sites to buy backgrounds very cheap. One of the larger companies for this is Digital Juice and their website is constantly running deals to get complete sets on clearance really cheap. I’ve also bought a few from various companies on eBay.

Thank you Allen. After watching the training video from VASST, I put the dvd in my computer and found the “extra” files that contained a few motion backgrounds.
