Motion 4 – frozen, no plist?
I’ve been using Motion 4 very heavily, especially over the Christmas season, and have had no problems. Now, after a brief hiatus, Motion starts up but then is frozen. Things like ‘Quit Motion’ are grayed out. I have to Force Quit to get out of it.
I was informed to remove com.apple.motion.plist from the Preferences folder in Library.
I went to Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences. There was no com.apple.motion.plist.I uninstalled Motion and reinstalled BUT it wasn’t until after the reinstall that I realized that I didn’t remove receipts. So, I uninstalled (moved to Trash) Motion again AND the receipts. I then reinstalled Motion.
I am still having the same problem.
